Drawing carries more weight than the word "medium" allows — it is an act through which he meets his own thoughts and emotions. Lines and forms surface as intuitive responses to the environments he inhabits, holding both the organic fluidity of rural landscapes and the geometric rigidity of urban grids, gathering around the circle at their centre into entangled experience: dots and marks charting the move from rural to urban life, the struggle of travel held within the line itself, one point drawn toward another, feeling taking on geometric form.
