The Block Print Bar

Gallery XXL in collaboration with BANANA Labs is excited to host a live, walk-in block printing workshop designed as a guided and hands-on experience. The participants will work with hand-carved blocks alongside a master artisan to create their own printed pieces while engaging with ideas of craft, slow processes, and contemporary applications of block printing.

The participants will also be introduced to a “print your own jeans” element, encouraging participants to repurpose their own denim or work on provided textile pieces.
